I've been seeking these sorts of things out since the racefail started, because I wasn't very familiar with cultural appropriation before that, and it's surprisingly hard to find discussions that aren't either (a) too advanced for me or (b) populated by incredibly stupid people who don't even get the concept of white privilege.
