ZOMG (Impromptu post)

I just discovered that Gambit is going to be in X-men Origins: Wolverine (Yes, yes, I'm very late in discovering this). I didn't want to see this movie before (sorry, Jackman fans) but now...

I can die happy, folks, one of my first fictional crushes (I was like seven, LOL) is finally going to be on the big screen.

Also, happy new year and all that. May we finally get A Dance with Dragons.

ETA: Also, King Arthur and the Knights of Justice is obviously the best adaptation of Arthurian Legend ever, Y/Y? I mean, it's a 90's cartoon. About football players, going back in time and becoming the knights of the round table. LOL

Uhh I missed this but I totally watched KA&KOJ ALL THE FUCKING TIME as a kid. Yeah. Actually that may have started it all.

*is pensive about movie!Gambit*

These were the kind of cartoons I watched. At the time I thought they were OMG amazing and the people were drawn so realistically (read: not like Sonic the Hedgehog) and I felt like an adult. Now I just lol. Seriously, it was all pure crack. Like, I thought that the Hamlet BMfM episode where Throttle says he was born from no man, because he's a mouse duh, was the most brilliant plot twist ever. Also, lol at all the shredding guitars. The nineties rule, if only for the awesome cartoons.

I'm pensive too. It's just, well, it's Gambit, I had to squee for old times sake.
