(no subject)

Note to self: When making homework, don't listen to Sarah McLachlan's In the Arms of the Angel on repeat unless you enjoy sniffling over your anatomy book.

*generally melancholic*

*goes to watch Hot Fuzz to cure sadness*

Oh man, that's the best thing to ever come out of that game.

Thanks! :D

As long as you have cure for melancholy, everything is ok :)

The best kind of cure, man, the best kind of cure. *loves Hot Fuzz*

HOT FUZZ!!!

Does the thought of it fill your mind with glee too? Seriously, this is the best actioncomedy I have ever seen (and I've only seen it about 10 times). (One of my favourite parts is where they completely bash Luhrmann's Romeo + Juliet, and I like that movie)

Makes Shaun of the Dead pale in comparison.

I'm pretty rare among my group of friends as someone who prefers Hot Fuzz to SotD.

And I love the face Simon Pegg makes when he's watching the Romeo & Juliet tribute. Oh, heavens, I might have to watch that tonight, too... ;)

I'm surprised at the fact that some people like SotD better. Maybe it's because I saw Hot Fuzz before, but I felt that there were more (diverse) jokes in Hot Fuzz than in SotD (I do like SotD but HF owns my soul). And the Crowning Moment of Awesome in Hot Fuzz is so spectacular (Nick's re-entrance into the village). Just *squee*

Also: Timothy Dalton. Nuff said.
