Yeah that was very... wait, what? WHY? (and, of course, Julian has a thing for Fiona, too...) At the same time, in canon, it's kind of understandable, since the Amberites are a breed apart, so, who else are they going to fall for? Sort of the Targ, "blood of Old Valyria" rationale... Except, of course, that Oberon's not cool with it (although, you know, you've got to wonder if the Zeus-like guy with half a dozen sequential wives and bastards all over the place assumes the moral high ground... XP)
Bleys is totally one of ours! (This is of course very awesome, Bleys is cool, though I think we see so little of him :() I couldn't pick between Lannister and Tyrell for Luke, but I'm probably biased, I want him in my house!
Merlin can join Corwin in Sparklypoo. He's not exactly as badass but he has so many powerful gadgets, and I won't be surprised if he gets more.

I didn't think Julian and Fiona was as bad as Deirdre and Corwin, either -- probably mostly 'cos Fiona is smoking hot (redheads are my favorites... except when they are crazy religious types like Mel, alas) and I can totally understand the attractiveness of someone like Julian. Whereas Corwin, for all his Sparklepoo glory, would drive me insane, and Deirdre was just barely less random than Llewella, I thought. So, I could understand the participants a lot more in the case of Julian/Fiona than Corwin/Deirdre.
I think Luke's probably a Lannister, but I'd love to have him in Tyrell, too, so, not gonna argue! (There seemed to be a lot of Lannister/Tyrell types in Amber, according to the poll sorting, which I think is awesome -- and probably partly explains why I love this series.)
'cos Fiona is smoking hot LOL, this reminds me. Everyone smokes. All the time. I remember reading somewhere that Zelazny would always have one of his characters smoking when he lit up a cigarette, but I had no idea it was this bad XD
