So... the new Doctor in Doctor Who has been announced and it's... Matt Smith. Never heard of him, but he's apparently the youngest Doctor-actor ever (26). Ah well, I hope he does okay, though it also depends on Steve Moffat, I suppose (but I think he's a better writer than Russel T Davies anyway). David Tennant has been a good Doctor even thought I definitely had my problems with the 10th Doctor and lost my interest in the end.
ETA: LOL at fandom_secrets for already making a 11th Doctor Wank!Bingo card. I should check out Fandom Wank tomorrow to see if anything happens.

I have only one New Year resolution this year: Make my teenage brother shave, dammit. He has this vague fuzz and it looks like he has dirt on his face. Here's an actual conversation today:

Least favorite character: I don't really have least favourite characters. Lem, I suppose? He did really annoy me.
Character with the best hair: Sansa. Or Cersei. Or Margaery. Or Arianne. Well, they all have fabulous curly hair, it's just hard to pick which hair colour.

Okay, well if you got nothing else I understand that. The Amok portraits that bug me the most tend to be of characters I like, since I care more about how they're done.

I dunno, Amok-Lem has this bulldog face and I can't stand it, it's what I see every time I read about him in asoiaf. I think I didn't mind him before, I don't know :|
