cloud_wolfSo... the new Doctor in Doctor Who has been announced and it's... Matt Smith. Never heard of him, but he's apparently the youngest Doctor-actor ever (26). Ah well, I hope he does okay, though it also depends on Steve Moffat, I suppose (but I think he's a better writer than Russel T Davies anyway). David Tennant has been a good Doctor even thought I definitely had my problems with the 10th Doctor and lost my interest in the end.
ETA: LOL at fandom_secrets for already making a 11th Doctor Wank!Bingo card. I should check out Fandom Wank tomorrow to see if anything happens.
ETA 2: The wankiness has already started! Hooooly shit.
I have only one New Year resolution this year: Make my teenage brother shave, dammit. He has this vague fuzz and it looks like he has dirt on his face. Here's an actual conversation today:
Brother's geek friend: *sees that brother has left for the toilet* When is he going to shave?
Me: Dude, you have no idea how much I tried.
